Are you ready to elevate your game and prepare for the upcoming season? Look no further than 802 Baseball Lab Saint Albans Preseason Camps! Designed for multiple age groups, these camps offer young athletes the opportunity to hone their skills in hitting, and pitching, in a fun and supportive environment.

Camp Details: (Reminder that each camp will have its own details link with its camp)

• Duration: 1-hour camps held every Saturday starting Dec 14th- Dec 21st - Jan 4th - Jan 25th with Hitting starting at 10am and Pitching Following at 11am.

• Focus Areas: Each camp session will cover essential aspects of the game, including hitting, and Pitching

• Qualified Coaches: Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping players improve their techniques and build confidence on the field.

Pitching Machine Camp Details:

• 1- hour camp held Each Thursday at 6:30pm from Jan 9th-Feb 27th

• Each week we select a specific pitch/s to focus on off the Machine

• Rapsodo and video feedback will be used to correct swing mechanics

• High velocity & movement training

• Coaches will be present to coach and mentally prepare athletes for their rounds
